Her leadership style is characterized by a strong focus on team engagement, growth, and development.

Currently, Ginger serves as the Vice President | General Manager of Pharmacy Solutions in Health Systems at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ. In her role, Ginger is responsible for building a market-leading and high-performing business segment. Ginger leads the development and execution of strategic and financial plans, leveraging ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ’s extensive assets and capabilities to achieve the organization’s goals. Her previous roles at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ, including Area Vice President for the West & Government and Vice President of Renewals, have contributed to her skills in strategic leadership, customer engagement, and team development.

Ginger holds a BS in Marketing and Psychology from Dallas Baptist University. She is actively involved in KPMG’s Future Leader Program and ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ’s internal mentorship program, where she is committed to building strong, diverse teams.
